Planetary Gearbox

The planetary gearbox is a versatile industrial product that reduces the speed of the motor while increasing the output torque.

The components of a planetary gearbox are four main constituents, ring gear, solar pinion, planetary gears, and the planetary carrier.

The ring gear is the housing with integrated integrated internal teeth. The solar pinion is in the center of the ring gear. The planetary gears are mounted on a planetary carrier, roll between the solar pinion and the ring gear. The planetary carrier also represents the output shaft of the gearbox.

The planetary gearbox has the characteristics of compact design, high bearing capacity, long service life, stable operation, low noise, large ouput torque, large speed ratio, high efficiency.

The advantages of Planetary Gearbox:

Coaxial of the input shaft and output shaft

High load force

High efficiency

High torque

Unlimited ratio options due to the combination of several planet stages

Suitability for a wide range of applications
