On April 19, 2026, the "Flash" robot from the HONOR team stunned the world at the Beijing E-Town Half Marathon. Dressed in blazing red armor, this machine didn't just compete; it dominated.
Sprinting off the line with a catapult-like start, "Flash" covered the grueling 21.0975 km course—featuring slopes, curves, and narrow paths—in a net time of just 50 minutes and 26 seconds. This result officially shattered the human men's world record of 57:20 set by Uganda's Jacob Kiplimo just last month.
Behind this legendary run is KOFON. Leveraging over 15 years of expertise in space-grade micromechatronics, KOFON provided the high-precision, high-reliability joint motion solutions essential for this feat. While the challenging terrain tested the limits of motion stability and heat dissipation, KOFON technology ensured "Flash" remained rock-solid, executing tens of thousands of steps with zero failures.
We are incredibly proud to power the joints that helped HONOR "Flash" etch its name in history!
